We’re a new specialist lender in the UK and our ambition is simple - to help more of your customers get an affordable mortgage.
We’ve been lending in Australia since 2000 and our experience there has taught us that each customer is different, so we base our decisions on their unique circumstances. We promise never to use credit scoring, and we mean it!
Our mortgages are designed to help customers who can demonstrate affordability, but are struggling to get past automated application processes. We help all types of customers including Self Employed, Contractors and those that have experienced credit problems through a genuine bump in the road.
Our service is special too. We give you direct access to our underwriters so you can call them direct with any enquiries. We’re straight talking, honest and if we can’t help, we won't waste your time, we’ll tell you up front so you know where you stand.
