Alpha Bridging offering certainty and speed at FSE

Specialising in smaller loans from £30,000 to £150,000, Alpha Bridging has deliberately managed its growth to maintain the ability to ensure that introducers enjoy a consistently high standard of service with access to support at director level when required.

According to Managing Director, Mercedez Binning, Alpha Bridging has stuck firmly to its key USP’s and resisted the siren call of going after quantity at the expense of service.

She said:

“Bridging is supposed to be a transaction providing short term finance in a timeframe which suits clients and their circumstances. We are seeing more brokers coming to us because other lenders seem to have forgotten that speed and certainty are at the heart of the bridging business.

"Alpha Bridging works because we remain true to the principles of personal service. We offer an immediate yes or no in principle and if it is a yes, we work tirelessly to ensure the deal gets done. I and my fellow directors visit many clients personally and our hands on approach and ability to get the job done provides brokers and clients with the certainty that if you come to Alpha Bridging you and your clients are in the right hands."

We have had great support at both the FSE’s at Manchester and Glasgow this year and look forward to meeting brokers on Stand S2 who want to find out more about how Alpha Bridging can meet their clients’ needs.”
