We can provide you with an in-principle offer within 48 hours of application, and where necessary, you can draw-down the funds within 3-5 working days thereafter. Our management team, together with our panel of valuers and in-house solicitors, are on hand to respond to you and your clients needs as quickly as possible.

Flexible

We structure every loan to meet your specific needs. We underwrite each loan with a common sense approach and can lend between £27,500 and £5 million - the term can be as short as 1 day or as long as 18 months. Our loans are typically up to 80% loan to value (LTV) and we can provide up to 100% of the finance required. We accept both residential and commercial properties throughout the UK as security.
