Stefan is Business Principal at CoBi Ltd, a regional Service Centre for Mortgage Advice Bureau.  Service centres were created specifically to engage clients long term and manage their relationships with the business.  CoBi review clients’ mortgage and protection needs year on year, freeing up the original adviser to focus in other areas.  Stefan has a background in Electronic Communication and Computer Engineering and 15 years running businesses serving the automotive and medical manufacturing industry prior to entering financial services.  He believes that to deliver the ultimate customer experience you need a great team working with great technology.
